Why should we protect the environment?

I think that we should protect the environment for different reasons.

Firstly we must think about the things that hurt the environment: pollution, industries, deforestation, chemical wastes...
Secondly all of these produce a dangerous effect on the atmosphere. Some of these effects are global warming and the greenhouse effect.

We should protect the environment to avoid dangerous situation such as an increase of the degrees and a climatic change.

These problems may destroy the Earth.
